Goby – Website Overview

01. The Challenge

I created the prototype and website design in Figma to explain the service proposal, show stations/plans, and drive the user to the app.

Key Objectives

  • Explain "how it works" in 3 steps: find, unlock, ride.
  • Show stations on the map and plans with clear hierarchy.
  • Reinforce trust: transparent pricing and support.
  • Direct to the app (Main CTA).
My Role

UX Designer responsible for research, architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and UI Design System.

Navigable Wireframes

Focused on validating the main flow: discovering stations, choosing a plan, and starting registration. I adjusted hierarchy and microcopy before advancing to visual UI.

UI Design & Components

Visual Refinement

Refinement of typography, color, and components to highlight CTAs ("Download App", "Start Now"), plan comparison, and benefits (safety, maintenance, and support).

How It Works
  • 3 intuitive steps with explanatory icons.
  • Quick FAQ for common questions.
Stations & Plans
  • Map of stations (future) and comparison of plans/pricing.
  • Clear usage rules.
Trust & Support
  • Transparent pricing, contact channels, and accessible policies.

Accessibility

Contrast & Focus

AA contrast and visible focus indicators.

Structure

Logical heading structure and consistent labels.

Interaction

Touch targets ≥ 44px and information simplicity.

Impact & Learnings

"The site guides the user quickly to what matters: understanding the service and starting."

Impact
  • Clear architecture and defined CTAs.
  • Base design system ready to evolve.
  • Site flows aligned with the app.
Learnings

Microcopy + visual hierarchy reduce doubts in on-demand services. Maps and plans need to appear early, with simple language and a single CTA.
